We are looking for a Sales Manager(SMB) who will be responsible for building & developing the best sales team and tactics for SaaS, showcasing 1build as the only estimating platform for builders. In this role, you will manage a team that will consistently deliver on revenue goals and quotas through inbound and outbound programs. You will also be a team player, closely working with the broader GTM team including Marketing, Customer Success and Product to shorten our sales cycles & expedite growth.

As the hands-on manager of the Sales team at 1build, you will:

Manage, guide and develop the front-line sales team with a focus on selling construction SaaS to SMB contractors in U.S. ($2K-$10k ACV)
Set quotas and expectations for sales team performance, while actively monitoring, measuring and improving productivity and output (Demos Booked, ARR Closed Won, Close Rate)
Define and implement playbooks, processes, and tactics that support the achievement of team goals
Oversee and drive pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement, goal attainment, and sales process adherence
Conduct call review and skills assessment of individual team members and provide coaching for improvement
Analyze sales pipeline momentum at a team and an individual level to optimize revenue throughput and shorten the sales cycle
Get in the trenches with your team to understand first-hand the opportunities to
Promote an engaged, energetic, and inclusive environment that encourages high productivity while maintaining a positive work experience

What you bring to 1build:

5+ years leading & developing sales teams, processes, and systems that reliably deliver revenue
Strong fundamentals for coaching and improving overall team performance with a deep experience in winning and closing deals
Basic understanding of the tech stack required to optimize sales operational efficiency (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
A Winner’s mindset with hands-on experience selling technology and closing deals
Team player who can effectively integrate with key members of the go-to-market function
You have a bias for speed and agility, able to make important decisions with imperfect information
An analytical and data-driven approach — you rely on data to improve decision making
Experience with Product Led Growth a plus
Experience leading Remote teams
