We are looking for a growth-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead demand generation via paid initiatives. In this role, you will manage paid media strategy and optimization to efficiently feed our sales pipeline with high quality interest that converts into revenue to exponentially grow our bottom line. Our ideal candidate will thrive in an agile startup environment while actively overseeing external agency resources and working collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.

As a member of the Performance Marketing team at 1build, you will own:

Strategy development that builds on efficiencies in our paid channel mix to drive sales-ready pipeline
Paid media management, execution and optimization across paid social, SEM, display
Continuous testing and learning to optimize creative, messaging, audience targeting and landing pages for down funnel performance
Product launch support via paid campaigns in collaboration with our product and marketing teams
Weekly, monthly performance analysis and reporting connecting media results to goals, quickly making adjustments to future spend, targeting, and creative
Budget management, planning and tracking in alignment with KPIs

What you bring to 1build:

Ideally 5+ years of B2B paid media acquisition strategy, management and execution
Deep understanding of paid media channels, tactics, and best practices in: paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn), paid search (Google/Bing), programmatic/display, video (YouTube)
Deep expertise split testing, attribution modeling, ROI, and paid performance analysis by understanding the full-funnel impact on payback, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis, etc.
Hands on experience with paid media planning and buying with ability to trouble shoot ad tagging and conversion tracking
Strong analytical skills and a fast learner
Strong communication and organization skills
Can-do attitude with high attention to detail
Interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships with SMEs
Experience working for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
