1build translates building blueprints into shopping lists of construction materials that can be purchased from local suppliers. Over the last 9 months, we've grown 13x in revenue and facilitated $1B+ in construction spend.
We are looking for a customer support manager to provide real-time technical and logistical support to help our customer and service partners be successful on the 1build platform
The Opportunity
Build and manage the tools and logistics we use to provides builders and estimators with the help they need to be successful on their 1build estimates
Use your construction knowledge and expertise of the 1build platform to provide customers with expert advice and support while they work on estimates through the 1build platform
Study customer feedback & other quality data to identify opportunities to drive more quality & efficiency within our customer support system
Collaborate with internal partners such as product, software engineering, sales, and support to invest in our real-time support system and improve customer satisfaction
Your Skills
You have 3+ years of experience in a customer service, construction management, or logistics role. Experience working within a construction contracting or technology company is a plus.
You’re curious and interested in construction, and you are motivated to help our customers service partners be successful on the 1build platform
Strong customer experience skillset you’re effective in relationship building and written/verbal communication
You’re a strong process-oriented thinker who can manage complicated logistics with ease
You’re a data-driven thinker, with metrics being at the center of all of your decisions
You’re able to experiment & iterate on your work very quickly as you learn new things
You’re comfortable with data management tools like google sheets, sql, etc.
You’re comfortable with traditional support ticketing tools such as Zendesk
