Our leadership team have backgrounds at Tesla, Uber, Bechtel, and CloudKitchens. You will be a key part of 1build’s growth strategy and will be responsible for working at both strategic and tactical levels to help grow the company quickly and effectively.

As a member of the Sales team at 1build, you will:
Book and hold 4 - 5 daily product demos, conduct needs discovery, and skillfully pitch solutions & pricing to construction business owners
Own a portion of the inbound SMB pipeline where you will actively prospect, qualify, engage and close new business
Accurately document and update opportunities as they move between stages in Salesforce
Consistently meet and exceed growing revenue quotas
Contribute to the development of a company-wide sales strategy and playbooks
What you bring to 1build:
5+ years of Account Executive sales experience on fast-paced technology teams
Minimum 2 year experience in SaaS (preferably SMB segment) subscription sales
Self-starter mindset with exceptional communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to produce impactful sales decks and other materials that convert new customers
Ability to communicate with building contractors and understand AEC terminology
Desire to iterate quickly and run experiments outside your comfort zone
Knowledge of construction market is strongly preferred
