Position : show room supervisor
Location : mauritius (country in east africa)
Salary scale : usd 540 + accommodation
Job duties :
Oversee day to day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
Lead, mentor, and motivate showroom associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding support to customers.
Maintain showroom appearance and product displays to showcase our offerings in the best light.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimize showroom performance and drive business growth.
Collaborate with delivery and logistics department as well as the administrative department
Working hours : 09 hours per day (02 days off per month)
Contract period: 03 years
