By tracking platform engagement, totaliQ is able to create an expertise inventory, which catalogues each company's employees and their areas of expertise. With the help of machine learning, totaliQ provides organizations with useful insights to plan future projects, which improve performance, estimating and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement strategic marketing plans for our SaaS based product
• Write, build, and distribute content including blog posts, newsletters, social posts, and email campaigns
• Development of the content marketing calendar and analyze engagement 
• Manage website content to ensure all information is up to date and accurate
• Coordinate the workflow for content, including creative requests, to ensure materials are delivered on time and as needed
• Conduct ongoing market research to assist with planning and analysis
• Support the marketing and business development teams across other initiatives as needed

This Role Is Right For You If You Have

• Graduated from a post-secondary institution in the province of Newfoundland & Labrador
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creativity and the ability to think out of the box
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
• Attitude that embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives
• Ability to learn from past mistakes and adjust accordingly
• Ability to be a contributing team player
• Ability to think strategically and drive action
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with email automation, Google Analytics, graphic design tools
