General Summary
Reveleer’s Technology organization is focused on building and managing our cloud native SaaS platform. We are looking for a Vice President of Infrastructure, Security & IT to lead our technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AWS infrastructure, internal IT, and security, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining SLAs for our systems. Experience with HiTrust and the healthcare industry is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the infrastructure, security, and IT teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of our AWS infrastructure, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
- Ensure that our internal IT systems are functioning properly, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our internal customers
- Serve as the primary security officer for the company, ensuring that our systems and data are secure and compliant with industry regulations
- Work closely with our development teams to ensure that our systems are built with security in mind, and that security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle
- Manage uptime and availability of our systems, ensuring that they meet or exceed our SLAs
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, and lead efforts to test and validate these plans at least once annually
- Maintain all Reveleer related compliance policies and procedures and assist in enforcing the organization’s compliance to them
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for our infrastructure, security, and IT services, and report on performance to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks related to infrastructure, security, and IT, and develop and implement strategies to address these risks
- Manage budgets and keep costs under control for the infrastructure, security, and IT teams, including forecasting, budget planning, and cost optimization initiatives
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies for our AWS infrastructure, including utilization monitoring, capacity planning, and cost optimization tools
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate vendor contracts and optimize pricing for infrastructure, security, and IT services
- Administer Reveleer’ Security Awareness and Training Program, periodically educate end users, conduct at least monthly phishing campaigns, and audit end user risk scores
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in infrastructure, security, and IT, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and growth in our systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in managing infrastructure, security, and IT teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and maintaining uptime for critical systems
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure, security, and compliance, with experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
- Experience with managing HiTrust for a Healthcare SaaS organization and coordinating any CAP remediation between departments is a huge plus
- Experience in developing and managing SLAs, with a focus on uptime and availability of critical systems
- Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, with the ability to develop and implement plans to minimize downtime and data loss
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are a plus.
