We're looking for an Engineering Manager - Backend who can take complete ownership of our engineering team, deliveries, hustle and get things done while building and scaling our product at inFeedo. This person will lead a group of high-performing teams that fuel our growth. What will you be doing?
- You will lead the existing team to help improve the reliability, stability, and quality of the application.

Building a product with the platform-level approach which has core components and adapters on top of it.

Consume complexity within and provide the best experience to the users.
- You will contribute to inFeedo’s roadmap and help us build a one-of-a-kind employee engagement product.

What skills do you need?

Experience:
-
7+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product. You should be able to demonstrate the significant impact your work had on the product and/or the team.
- Experience with leading technical design/architecture reviews and code reviews is a must.

Cross-Functional Approach: Experience in collaborating directly with product and design teams. A proven track record of delivering value to customers or users is a must.
- Experience managing and scaling engineering teams through multiple phases of growth.

Communication: Good communication skills since we focus on transparency and clear communication.

Critical Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle the stress of multiple ongoing projects and ad-hoc ops.

- LLM Models Implementation
Those without node and MySQL experience will not be accepted.
