During your day as a Tech Talent Sourcer you will:
Candidate searches, identifying qualified candidate profiles using sourcing techniques on social and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack and others)
Attend meetings to align Job requirements
Work with the recruiters team to pre-screen and schedule HR interviews
Develop talent channels for current and future hiring needs
Present and control conversion rates such as: interviewed, disapproved, offers, hired, among other indicators.
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintenance of candidate databases
As a Tech Talent Sourcer you have:
Experience as a Sourcer or similar role
Practical experience with sourcing techniques (recruitment on social and professional platforms and elaboration of search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS's, controls and mappings.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Effective Time Management Skills
Upper Intermediate to Advanced English
