We seek a talented Product Marketing / Demand Generation Specialist to join our Product Innovation Team focused on building Atlassian Apps.

This professional will be responsible for developing effective demands and inbound/outbound marketing campaigns to communicate our portfolio of products' value, features, and benefits to prospective customers.

For this opportunity, we expect you to help us to explore new untapped demand generation opportunities to spur revenue growth for our apps and build a scalable, predictable, modern B2B demand generation engine across various channels (social media, community forums, and more).

In this position, you will pave the way for our demand generation team and structure.

Your Responsibilities:

Work with the product team to define campaigns to boost the conversion of our current products and support go-to-market strategy for new products and features across key buyer personas.
Supporting and leading Product-Led Marketing Campaigns, generating new business/lead opportunities for our products;
Copywriting for search and display ads, emails, and social media;
Creating email strategies for email marketing, newsletters, and nurturing cadences;
Producing relevant content for branding awareness and product positioning and to be distributed for different audiences and channels distribution expanding the presence and authority of our brand and products;
Management of tools such as HubSpot, Ubbersuggest, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and social media channels.

Your Qualifications:

You have advanced English skills
B2B marketing experience promoting SaaS/Software products
You have proven expertise in inbound marketing, social media, and content-led marketing
You have a deep interest in the data underlying the funnel and the ability to nerd out on the data to produce action-oriented, data-driven reporting.

Nice to have:

You have an entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to detect opportunities and seize them at the right time and with the right energy;
Having the ability to wear multiple hats and to strategize while remaining hands-on and moving the needle yourself is key for success in this role.
