As we begin to scale and service a larger audience of lenders, it will be critical for our Sales Operations Lead to mitigate friction in the sales process; so our sales team can be successful in their day-to-day activities. In addition to overseeing sales processes, our Sales Operations Lead will lead data-driven, internal narratives that play a critical role in growing revenue and future initiatives as we scale.
In this role you will:
Develop a sales performance reporting-and-analysis strategy and facilitate sales forecasting process and pipeline predictive analytics
Provide insight into sales funnel movements and analysis to drive a more efficient and predictable sales cycle with the support of Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools
Support business and strategy planning for the Sales organization with relevant data analysis and manage sales technology strategy & deployments
Support the development and execution of sales effectiveness training programs
Build and maintain working rapport and facilitate consensus regarding business requirements across company functions such as Finance, Legal, CE, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Product
Be the point of contact for Revenue teams in terms of performance reporting, compensation and territory planning
Establish and provide viable KPI’s in standard reporting for management system
Configure, manage, and optimize Zest’s use of Salesforce through hands-on administration
We are looking for:
5+ years of experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to sales analytics at a B2B SaaS company
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative business solutions
Strong senior executive engagement and influence skills
Facilitation and peer leadership skills
Mastery of Salesforce architecture and data structures, along with implementing and supporting the use of sales enablement tools (i.e. Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Pro, ZoomInfo)
Understanding of SaaS, subscription, and other revenue models
Demonstrable use of financial modeling and analytical tools. Experience with advanced tools such as Einstein Analytics, Tableau, or Microsoft PowerBI are a plus
