About the role:
We are looking for someone who can be responsible for the strategic partner management of our pharmacy partnerships on a day to day basis. This is a wide-ranging role, collaborating internally and externally, with the overall aim of achieving the partnership goals (treatment volumes, revenue). This role is suitable for a mid level marketeer keen on performing market/data analysis with an actionable outcome. . You are the key contact for our partners and you have the overall overview of work streams and aligned deliverables. At the same time you are supporting different growth initiatives across patient segments (self-pay, PHI and SHI patients) by identifying attractive market opportunities, making a case for them, and working cross-functionally to implement them jointly with our partners.

Day-to-day the work will encompass:
- Building strong relationships with our key counterparts at pharmacy partner side
- You’ll utilise customer, competitor insight and partner's preferences to form priority services to develop and you will manage the prioritisation of activity together with the partners
- Analyse the performance of existing services, create hypothesis for growth and work closely with the wider business (Marketing/Product/Data/Clinical) to test hypothesis
- You’ll help make business cases for identified opportunities and you will present those to relevant stakeholders accordingly
- Production of daily, weekly and monthly reporting and attending weekly/monthly internal and external meetings to present initiative updates to make sure aligned activities are delivered in time
- Ad-hoc analysis to spot trends, opportunities and share insights both internally and externally
- Assist in other pharmacy activities and projects where necessary
Experience and qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master degree in health administration, economics or (digital) healthcare marketing
- Very good knowledge of the German health care system and relevant regulations
- Working to beat company goals and business metrics
- Data analysis to help identify and deliver improved outcomes (we’re seeking a creative thinker with an analytical mindset)
- 2-3 years digital marketing experience across different channels would be a bonus
- Producing impactful presentations and visual reports as well as an ability to present and communicate effectively (strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required)
- Strong communicator and collaborator, able and willing to engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas and levels of seniority, both within Zava and our pharmacy partners
- Ability to negotiate and influence in a positive way to drive the desired outcomes
- Ability to multi-task and determine priority projects and assignments
- Delivery focused and results oriented, with a ‘can-do’ and ‘will-do’ attitude
- Developing formal recommendations for presentation to senior leadership teams
- Manage a robust project governance framework to provide assurance to the senior executives of both sides
- Fluent in English and German

Core working hours
Our core business hours are 9am - 6pm, although flexible working arrangements are available upon agreement with your line manager.
