Senior Performance Marketing Manager at YAZIO GmbH

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, who is a digital expert in the constantly-changing mobile marketing world and is excited about leading a team of three marketing professionals. Your goal is to ensure YAZIO’s growth through various marketing channels and help skyrocket our presence within the nutrition and fitness market! Your Mission

Manage our UA and retargeting campaigns in channels such as Facebook, Instagram, GoogleAds, TikTok, Pinterest and many more, and ensure sustainable growth through said channels
Lead a small team of 3 performance marketing professionals, providing expertise and guidance for their respective work
Leverage analytics and reporting to drive channel optimization
Drive the development of concepts and creatives, and work with our designers and agencies on digital asset creation to use in our channels
Stay up to date in the ever-changing mobile marketing world, come up with new hypotheses and strategies for campaigns, propose tests, implement and evaluate test performances, and adjust or scale according to your findings
Share reports, learnings, and best practices with different stakeholders, stay on top of developments in your channels, and proactively suggest strategy adjustments to reflect new industry trends and insights
Identify new growth opportunities (new channels, new markets) and proactively pursue them

Your Profile

MUST-HAVE: Strong affinity for internet and mobile technology
A passion for performance marketing and the ambition to learn and grow into a top-notch performance marketing expert
Must have experience of at least 2 years in leading a small team
5+ years of professional experience with performance marketing channels, preferably mobile acquisition channels (Google UAC, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills, a data-driven mindset and Excel expertise
Conceptual skills: You are a creative person who knows how to build creatives for UA
An independent, goal-oriented way of working with a great eye for detail
Ability to recognize patterns and derive valuable conclusions
Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills; German is a plus
Knowledge about fitness and nutrition is a plus
