Your Mission

Build a world-class B2C brand, grow awareness, and establish YAZIO as a clear leader in the digital health space
Build a scalable marketing and user acquisition engine to take YAZIO to $100m+ in revenue in the coming years
Develop and drive all marketing activities and campaigns using online (including paid & organic), offline, marketing partnerships, CRM/email marketing and PR
Shape, maintain and optimize our annual marketing plan, which includes a comprehensive set of targets, budgets and KPIs that guide our efforts and outcomes
Build and lead a highly effective, productive, and engaged marketing organization with a team of diverse B2C marketers
Serve as the go-to person for all marketing-related topics and ensure a collaborative culture among all departments, including Product, Operations, IT, Finance and BI
Conduct regular research to identify new marketing trends and technologies, constantly seek to optimize the marketing mix and help to accomplish our ambitious growth goals
Empower the team, ensure accountability and delivery results in a quality & timely manner
Act as a mentor and coach to new and existing team members

Your Profile

A globally-minded executive with deep and diverse experience of B2C marketing, ideally with a focus on performance marketing and UA
8+ years of B2C marketing, ideally with experience working with small, medium and large companies
Affinity for data-driven decision making, but also a hands-on and goal-oriented mentality
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing KPIs
Highly structured and results-oriented, with a can-do attitude
Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
Fluent written and spoken English language skills; German language skills are a plus
You inspire, motivate and coach the team and energize the company
