Deine Aufgaben

You are the main decision maker for the content marketing strategy of xentral, such as brand and PR positioning, traffic acquisition and lead funnel generation
You build our content marketing team from scratch and take responsibility for the development of the team members and strategic goals
You take the appropriate steps in order to generate relevant traffic and optimize our marketing funnel
You are responsible for KPI Reporting along the funnel and stay in close interaction with other relevant teams in the business

Deine Challenge

After the first 6 months you will have achieved the following:

You have established the area of content marketing as a sustainable lead funnel
Approximately 40% of our new customers are generated via organic traffic
You conceptualized and built our blog as an ongoing traffic & lead channel together with your team

Dein Profil

You have a degree in marketing or a relevant qualification
You have several years of experience in content marketing and have already managed at least two employees in a dynamic environment
You are able to generate relevant KPIs and continuously evaluate and optimize the related measures
You have in-depth operational knowledge in at least one channel (SEO/Social/Newsletter)
