• You are the first contact person for all candidates during the recruitment process 
• You handle the whole process and schedule the interviews for our recruiters and hiring managers
• You will be responsible to coordinate the offers for our accepted candidates 
• You support our recruiters and ensure a great candidate experience

After your first six months you have achieved the following:

• You have successfully implemented 2 ideas to optimize the coordination process
• You made our candidates feel appreciated with your great communication skills and reliability 
• Your colleagues and candidates appreciate you as their contact person for all topics regarding the recruitment process

• You have a degree in Human Resources Management, Economics or an equivalent qualification
• You have already gained some work experience 
• You have ideally already worked with Personio or any other modern HR tool 
• You have a high level of written and spoken English (German is a plus) and enjoy communicating with candidates and colleagues
• You are characterized by a service-oriented and structured way of working

• Du bist die erste Kontaktperson für alle Bewerber während des Einstellungsverfahrens 
• Du wickelst den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess ab und vereinbarst die Vorstellungsgespräche für unsere Recruiter und Hiring Manager
• Du bist verantwortlich für die Koordination der Verträge an unsere akzeptierten Kandidaten 
• Du unterstützt unsere Recruiter und sorgst für ein gutes Bewerbererlebnis

Nach Deinen ersten sechs Monaten hast Du Folgendes erreicht:

• Du hast 2 Ideen zur Optimierung des Bewerberprozesses erfolgreich umgesetzt
• Du hast unsere Kandidaten mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit überzeugt 
• Deine Kollegen und die Kandidaten schätzen Dich als Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um den Rekrutierungsprozess

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln können 
• Du hast idealerweise bereits mit Personio oder einem anderen modernen HR-Tool gearbeitet 
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch ist ein Plus) und hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Bewerbern und Kollegen
• Du zeichnest Dich durch eine serviceorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus und bist ein Teamplayer
