Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operation Manager at xentral, you will enable our Sales department by extracting insights from pipeline and  sales cycle analytics. You will be responsible for the overall go- to -market data quality and use the data to help improve our sales efforts. 

• Tracking and analyzing Sales Campaigns
• Target setting for AEs, BDRs - Compensation Plan, quarterly tasks
• Sales Cycle Analytics
• Compensation operations
• Hubspot CRM
• Cross-tool data flows
• Work closely with the sales leadership and enablement team to incorporate their insight and align on key business themes

• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes
• A metrics-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills
• 3+  years of sales operations experience working closely with commercial sales leaders in a SaaS business
• Strong experience working with hubspot or salesforce
• Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
