Must have integrity, be honest, ethical, and willing to work long hours, under pressure, and be flexible.
5+ years’ experience preparing large loss commercial estimates through xactimate.
Strong ability to communicate with customers, tpa`s, and insurance carriers in an effective manner.
Individual must be an upbeat positive team player with exceptional communication skills with special attention to the smallest details.
Above average computer skills with excel and microsoft office a plus..
Must always have a neat, professional appearance and a be able to pass a criminal background check.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Must be a licensed adjuster within your home state and any state that you plan to work (if required).
Must have extensive xactimate knowledge.
Large loss estimator is responsible for day-to-day management of assigned water, fire, wind, hail and other restoration projects.
Estimators’ duties include but are not limited to scheduling, inspecting, scoping, estimating, supplementing, and reconciling estimates.
50-65% of invoiced amount based on experience90% of losses over $1m
Multiple locations throughout the gulf coast, east coast and other locations as needed.
