Senior Quality Analyst (Remote - EMEA/India)

We are looking for the right person to join our engineering team who will support XWP’s mission of building a better web at enterprise scale by delivering exceptional software and great client experiences, within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

• You’ve tested quality extensively at the enterprise level

• You’ve handled both manual and automated testing for websites and applications including Accessibility, E2E, cross-browser and device testing.

• You’ve successfully managed a workload of multiple projects simultaneously

• You’ve collaborated with distributed engineering teams across time zones and cultures

• You’ve spent time as an engineer and have a strong technical background

• Participate in a fast paced Agile SCRUM environment

• Adhere to Agile SCRUM Methodologies and organizational processes

• Be a candid, respectful, and supportive teammate and leader

• Work closely and collaboratively with others to develop solutions

• Set up automated visual and end to end tests

• Delivery of quality code, on time, and as estimated

• Collaborative and effective communication across global time zones and cultures

• An expected salary range of USD $75,000 to $110,000 or contractor rates of $40-$60/Hr ($6,000 - $9,500/month)
