Mindset: We’re looking for a leader with a background in test engineering to take our production validation and verification to the next level.

How you’ll contribute?

• Growing and leading a team of electrical and mechanical test engineers in Munich and Belgrade
• Building the test capabilities of the Belgrade office
• Providing technical and developmental guidance to team members
• Challenging and improving the status quo test methodologies and data analysis
• Ensuring test data is accurate and clearly communicated
• Working closely with the Design Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure testing methods reflect product requirements

You are a great fit if:

• Your background is in Test, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering with a strong understanding of statistics
• You have 6+ years of work experience of: Developing test plans, protocols, and equipment
• Experienced in executing and document test plans, and analyzing results
• You have 2+ years of leadership or mentorship experience
• You are a creative thinker motivated to build and improve test methodologies
• You are fluent in English and Serbian
