As a fast-growing business Proglove is seeking a Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d) to implement our lead generation and retention programs. This role will use our content and data to build, execute, and scale our work—especially global nurturing, email and newsletter programs. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze data, think strategically, invent and simplify, and deliver measurable results placing reputational content from our programs.
Within the marketing organization, the Marketing Automation Management (MAM) team is responsible for the execution and performance of campaigns to grow our business.
Your responsibilities include...
- Be a primary resource of Hubspot for the global marketing team, implementing programs, answering questions, giving guidance and documentation.
- Creation of lead scoring concepts and automation rules
- Management of marketing automation and execution of demand generation and partner programs
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing automation process end-to-end (intake, program lifecycle, escalations)
- Own the marketing automation roadmap, defining the yearly and quarterly objectives for the usage of the marketing automation platform, including the integration and evaluation of any associated technology
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations team members on projects and pilot programs to grow the Marketing Ops Team to be a center of excellence
- Utilize campaign and tech stack performance data to continually optimize marketing ops programs and processes
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an editorial calendar
- Experiment with new designs and tactics to increase email open and click rates, and share learnings with other email marketers worldwide
- Proactively monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using third-party and internal reporting software
You are a great fit if...
- +2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing or technical marketing in the high-tech industry
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study such as computer science or engineering
- Technology evangelism skills and experience
- Proven ability to execute campaigns across our target audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for data and workflows
