We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that will be responsible for driving the strategic roadmap for our customer-facing products. The products will be targeting an international audience.
You will grow your expertise in the worldwide EdTech ecosystem. You will monitor new trends, patterns and needs, generate bold and innovative ideas, and look for new ways to change how people learn and teach. You will then translate them into product features our students and teachers will use and love.
We are looking for a proactive data-driven candidate that brings enthusiasm and passion for education issues and creativity to challenge the impossible.
You will:
- Gain a deep understanding of learning challenges, collaboration tools and user requirements to identify opportunities and define the product vision.
- Identify the user personas by analysing activity data, product analytics and conducting user research and interviews. You can also refer to our internal team of Instructional Designers.
- Define and describe simple and straightforward user flows and communicate the product requirements to designers and developers using coherent and clear language.
- Collaborate with the designers to create a simple, sleek and beautiful user interface
- Be involved in the development process with designers and developers where we expect you to deal with unexpected events and opportunities with a pragmatic problem-solving attitude to ensure deliverables match requirements and objectives
- Identify and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to quickly steer and optimise performance, leveraging AB test and smoke test to quickly validate and prioritise our assumptions
Requirements
- 3-5 years product management experience in consumer-facing products
- A proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to key stakeholders
- A track record at finding simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality
- Good project management skills, where you thrive on being in the middle of a cross-functional team, coordinating the roadmap and getting results
- Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and steering technical implementation discussions
- An analytical mind with high attention to detail
- Fluent in english is a must, you will work with teams across multiple countries
Nice to have
- Experience working in the Educational or EdTech Sector
- Experience in building ecommerce or marketplace products
- Experience in building global products or driving localization of products
- We also love Product Managers that can design or code but it’s not a must have!

About Us
We have recently closed a Series A funding round to scale technology and enter new markets.
We provide an online classroom collaboration e-learning platform developed in-house by our Tech team that has enabled 1.7M (20% of) Italian students not to miss school - the other 2 platforms were Google and Microsoft - and to amplify their learning experience by leveraging digital tools during the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020.
We are a young, fast-growing, and fast-paced team, who values collaboration and innovation as keys to reach our mission. Our company is home to almost 50 full-time employees. And we plan to double our team in 2022 to push on our international growth with a full-remote first and objective-based approach.
