We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TrackMan Sales Manager with a focus on not only driving sales but also leading and mentoring a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the golf industry, and a proven track record in sales. As a TrackMan Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership
Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, strategies, and share best practices.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the territory.
2. Client Engagement and Demonstrations
Conduct product demonstrations for teaching professionals, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and ongoing support.
Utilize various communication channels, including cold calling, workshops, and social media, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
3. Demand Generation and Collaboration
Collaborate with local PGA and other golf organizations to generate demand and promote TrackMan products.
Actively participate in workshops and events to showcase TrackMan technology and generate leads.
4. Customer Satisfaction and Support
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing training and support.
Oversee proposal preparation, order administration, and coordinate customer training sessions.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer support, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
5. TrackMan University Workshops
Organize and implement TrackMan University workshops to enhance product knowledge among clients and team members.
6. Product Testing and Feedback
Conduct product testing and provide valuable feedback to software and hardware development teams for continuous improvement.
7. Territory Sales Strategies
Develop, refine, and execute effective sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
8. Sales Excellence and CRM
Drive sales excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Analyze CRM data to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Implement and enforce standardized sales processes to optimize efficiency and results.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
In-depth knowledge of the golf industry and technology, particularly TrackMan products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and a commitment to sales excellence.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
