SALES OPERATION MANAGER

The Sales Operations Manager will be passionate and data-driven. They are analytical with a dynamic and motivated personality and are a versatile team player.
Your work:
- Responsible for defining, analyzing and reporting key sales metrics across the company and overseeing the tools involved in producing the associated metrics
- Oversees the production and provision of routine sales reporting and analysis used by sales directors, senior management, and board directors to drive business decisions
- Managing global sales forecasts and pipeline measurement and analytics
- Managing continuous improvement program for Salesforce.com and reviewing and documenting all enhancement requests
- Manage the relationship and usage of technology stack (Salesforce, sales tools, Partner portal, Marketing tools, data enrichment, Finance apps, etc)
- Help refine, optimize, and enforce Sales Territory Rules of Engagement (ROE), Account assignment and sales policies necessary to keep sales teams focused on successful selling
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher and evidence of academic success
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, sales operations, or business operations, with at least 2 years of direct sales operations experience
- Salesforce.com Certified; deep experience with other sales and marketing technology platforms
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales objectives and their translation into tools and processes to achieve optimal productivity
- Experience in change management, and proven record of managing change through effective communication channels
- Strong quantitative skills including expertise in Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Nice to have: intermediate/advanced leve in Spanish
