Our Global Partner Marketing team develops and delivers integrated programs to Vonage’s rapidly growing global partner ecosystem. We bring to life our partner narrative and messaging by sharing partner and customer success stories, learning opportunities, program information and other new partner and company initiatives in fresh, creative ways with a global and regional audience.

What you'll do- Develop and deliver partner marketing programs and enablement to our partner ecosystem
- Work closely with our regional partner sales leaders and dedicated corporate communications leads, ensuring a proactive, thoughtful, strategic approach to our global and regional tech partners, mapping to our organization’s priorities and integrating tightly with our overall sales and partner support objectives.
- Manage a regional team of partner marketing managers to help field incoming requests and create new and leverage existing partner marketing programs that drive interest, action and ultimately pipeline for our sales organization.
- Ensure close collaboration and integration with all regional partner sales leaders and work with centers of excellence across our marketing organization to deliver programs that matter and enablement that allows our partners to understand the power of the Vonage platform.
- Drive quarterly reports and reviews, sharing key partner activities, outcomes and metrics, ensuring alignment with overall API Partner sales objectives
- Ensure greater amplification of our partner program with content through social channels
- Organize regular team meeting with regional marketing and sales leadership to stay aligned on overall goals and objectives
- Identify and leverage opportunities to further amplify our partner narrative and messaging in new, innovative ways
- Develop an enablement strategy and launch a partner portal that allows our partner ecosystem to leverage critical sales tools that tell the Vonage Story as well as consistently provide learning opportunities on the solutions Vonage has to solve the worlds biggest communication challenges
- Develop a ‘repeatable” formulaic campaign approach so we swiftly align and activate on key marketing programs globally
- Oversee team of regional partner marketing managers
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment as partner marketing lead or strategist, or relevant role
- Efficient project management skills, including working on a high volume of projects
- Understanding and experience with the partner ecosystem including SI’s, ISV’s, etc.
- Good knowledge of API products, services, narratives a bonus
- Outstanding communication, writing and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, sense of humor, willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
- Appreciation for analytics and using data to inform decision-making
- Tremendous organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team, and to be a strong leader who inspires and leads others
