As the Content Creation/ Community Intern of Vonage AI you will be part of the booming field of conversational AI. We at Vonage AI create human-like conversational experiences using AI representatives, or in other words - AI Voice and Chatbots for businesses. You will be involved in various activities such as communications, PR, social media, and content creation. You’ll work with people across the organization including our R&D engineers, tech leads, team managers, and Marketing Teams.
All Vonage Interns are challenged to think outside the box, shatter the status quo and innovate relentlessly!
Responsibilities
- Write and research thought leadership articles, ensuring consistency with company’s overall messaging and strategic objectives
- Generate content ideas and develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Set, plan and implement communication campaigns and strategies
- Grow our developer community by sharing knowledge, tips, and solutions in relevant channels
- Work on improving our product documentation and onboarding flows in order to achieve excellent developers experience

What you Must Have Experience In:
- Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Qualities About You That Might Make our Decision Easier:
- Knowledge in producing marketing collateral, video production
- Currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related major
- Strong record of academic performance and an interest in desired field of study
- Ability to work in remotely or in one Vonage office location between June-August 2022.
