As a Technical Sourcer you will help our Engineering and Product teams grow by finding, engaging, and introducing top talent to Virta. You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, and work with a modern recruiting tech stack that includes Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing creative strategies for finding, messaging, and engaging with passive talent across Engineering and Product roles
- Participating in kickoff meetings as well as weekly hiring syncs with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Building pipelines of diverse and qualified candidates from a variety of sources
- Researching markets, companies, and teams to to better understand the competitive landscape
- Using qualitative and quantitative data to educate others and continuously improve your own effectiveness
- After a calibration period, screening interested candidates to determine role fit
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
- You will develop a deep understanding of everything about Virta and our technical teams to successfully identify and engage passive talent
- You will have built close relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- You will have provided deep, diverse pipelines for a variety of technical roles
- You will have sourced at least 3-4 candidates who have made it to the offer stage
Must-Haves
- 1+ years of sourcing experience for a variety of technical roles
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high-growth environments
- Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates
- Experience implementing creative sourcing methods through multiple channels

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. Virta has a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
