Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role towards driving Patient Marketing’s ambitious growth plan. You will help define a unique playbook for custom marketing/re-marketing operations to reach employees across a deep and diverse B2B customer portfolio. With a constant eye towards efficiency and effectiveness, your day-to-day experience will vary as you support account launches, enable digital campaigns, recommend new technical solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Data, and Enrollment. This role is a great fit for a highly-organized team player and a creative problem solver with a strong desire to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing customization process for new account implementations and expansions
- Collaborate with customer marketers and channel marketers to accelerate automation capabilities, increase team productivity, and ensure quality across campaign development, measurement, and reporting cycles
- Lead governance of key marketing systems and CRM/BI integrations– including compliance, onboarding, workflows, training, and documentation
- Continually analyze the operating challenges/opportunities of the patient marketing growth function in order to simplify the complex and accelerate roll out/optimization
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
- Learn how the patient marketing team reaches benefit-eligible populations through customer marketing and direct marketing strategies
- Take ownership of marketing customizations for account expansions
- Support the implementation process of new team tools
- Partner with the Head of Growth on a series of reporting updates
- Collaborate internally to update marketing request work flows and project management processes
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing operations and automation tools
- Hands-on project manager with a track record of formulating and implementing tech-enabled solutions to meet business needs and drive growth
- Working knowledge of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (e.g., customer data, marketing automation, content management, digital asset management platforms, etc.) and platform integrations
- Excels at stakeholder management, relationship building, and working collaboratively cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, build from the ground up, and deliver resourceful/stop-gap solutions when needed
