Reporting to the Head of Growth, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will help the Patient Marketing team deliver ambitious application growth goals by managing owned-media solutions. You will lead initiatives that advance audience segmentation capabilities, build our lead database, accelerate conversion, and multiply our reach through growth loops (with consideration to HIPAA and other relevant health care regulations). This role is a great fit for a strategic-minded operator who can translate cross-disciplinary best practice to Virta, can identify opportunities from journey analysis, and has a passion for purpose-built organizations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and other marketers to optimize patient site/landing pages
- Lead on-site content, campaign, and tool development to increase leads and conversions
- Partner with Channel Marketing to define segmentation and messaging strategies for lead nurture series based on site behavior
- Design, implement, and analyze methodical testing strategies that will unlock new paths to growth (e.g. new media channels, creative, and targeting approaches)
- Oversee reporting and analysis associated with our test roadmap, lower-funnel marketing KPIs, and business goals
- Lead pilots that introduce Virta new patient audience types (in partnership with the Head of Growth)
90 Day Plan
Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:
- Learn how the patient marketing function reaches benefit-eligible populations through customer marketing strategies, direct marketing strategies, and key technology systems
- Takeover management and reporting of patient site metrics
- Develop our 6-month patient site learning agenda/test roadmap
- Formalize our lead generation strategy and takeover current campaign management
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of professional experience in growth, performance marketing, integrated/cross-channel media planning, marketing strategy, or product
- Highly-experienced in key marketing technology systems such as content management systems (Webflow), site/journey analytics (Amplitude), automation platforms (Marketo), site optimization (Google Optimization), and customer data platforms
- Experience leading content development based on visitor journey segmentation
- Familiarity with basic paid-owned-earned media tactics and common ad platforms (Google/Facebook)
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate across all levels of management, collaborate with peers, work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and identify stop-gap solutions when needed
- Excellent problem-solving, internal/external project management, presentation, and analytical skills with good business acumen (quant/qual)
