The role:
The Talent Manager, Human Resources will be an integral part of the People Team. This position will work closely with the SVP, People to determine, implement and manage talent solutions necessary to support business growth, to engage, develop and retain employees and to support a culture of collaboration, inclusion, development, and flexibility. The Talent Manager will play a key role in driving and supporting the talent agenda and designing and implementing critical career development experiences across the company.
The successful candidate will support the business in meeting its ambitious growth targets by focusing on projects that elevate our talent while ensuring their career goals are met.
As our Talent Manager, Human Resources, you will:

Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, management development, employee career growth and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

Propose approaches, ideas and business insight to HR leadership and business partners to increase the effectiveness, reach and visibility of career programs and help the organization respond to career and talent-related opportunities and demands.

Work with leadership to identify and track key talent, career planning for high potentials, succession planning and retention planning for high performers

Coordinate talent development programs including diverse mentor programs, promotion process and readiness

Support global recognition programs with an eye on improvement opportunities

Shepherd all new hires through the onboarding process to ensure the experience is fluid, informative and consistent.

Continuously evaluate and look for ways to enhance/improve the onboarding process to remain current, informative and engaging.

Own and effectively manage multiple talent-focused projects and tasks concurrently

Track and provide results of employee engagement initiatives to drive retention, including employee recognition programs, employee engagement surveys and partner with the SVP to create impactful action plans

Support leaders on key focus areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion, career coaching and sponsorship

Create a dashboard to track key performance indicators and metrics to measure our success and drive accountability.

Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Stay on top of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where we can tap into subject matter experts and make improvements.

Requirements:

4+ years of progressive HR experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
-
Experience across multiple HR functions including Talent Planning, Performance Management/Career Development, and Learning and Development

Experience in linking HR initiatives to strategic goals of the business

Demonstrated effectiveness in supporting multiple business leaders across varied practice areas
-
Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to gather and analyze information and determine an appropriate course of action
