Responsibilities
A successful fit for this role would be someone with recent experience leading devops efforts, proven team leadership background, and great communication skillsYou will work fully remotely from the coziness of your home by communicating directly with engineers and clients to develop and implement new end-user solutions that address current business needs.
Review and improve the existing azure terraform template for 1 application environment
Re-deploy a staging and production environment
Change some azure services (e.gMove from kafka )
Assist in improving the overall azure cloud architecture as smes
Create ansible playbooks to manage environments
Write terraform for k8s cluster deployment for application and assist in azure deployment of application and migration
Improve our elk usage both in terms of performance, cost, data redaction & management, and rbac
Requirements
Bs degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
Strong iac design and implementation skills
Strong terraform experience
Experience with kubernetes
Experience with prometheus/grafana
Hashicorp consul and vault experience (preferred)
Splunk, servicenow
Jenkins, drone.io, agro ci/cd technologies
Solid devops integration experience
Good grasp on devops and agile
Elk admin with logstash experience
Familiar with harness.io for k8s deployments as a “nice to have skill”
