As an Azure DevOps Engineer Associate Intern, help our more experienced Azure DevOps Engineers:
- deliver Azure DevOps build pipelines and solution checks
- architect, maintain and support Apps and Services developed via the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, Dataverse)
- Maintain and support code management via Github and Github Actions triggered by Azure Build pipelines
- Build, maintain, and support Azure Devops CI CD deployments
- provision, maintain, and design least-permissioned security access for all Power Platform environments
- Configure and maintain services such as Azure API Management, Azure App Registrations and service principals
- learn about and support the Microsoft Power Platform architecture as part of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- contribute to best practices
- contribute to documentation (SOPs, diagrams, work instructions)
Tasks
- Maintain tasks and tickets in Jira
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with CTO and other internal customers
- Own, troubleshoot and solve technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams
- Identify cases that require escalation to Microsoft Support
- Develop, refine, documentation of processes and procedures
Core Experience & Requirements

some previous professional Azure DevOps Engineering experience preffered

experience or familiarity with some or all the following Azure products: Azure DevOps, Agents, Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, Azure Repos, Azure Test Plans, and Azure Artifacts

experience or familiarity with PowerShell scripting

experience or familiarity with automating cloud native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with identity access management and user management

experience or familiarity with developing cloud security
- Cloud and/or Support Engineering experience

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Previous experience of HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON
- Some understanding of Agile (Scrum, and/or Kanban)
