This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope:
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, virtual onsites, and Google Hangout interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
- Juggle all scheduling and other support needs for candidates’ interview schedules
Champion for an outstanding candidate experience for every candidate from start to finish
- Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interview panelists to effectively coordinate schedules with the candidatesMust Haves (Required Skills):
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across multiple teams
- Obsessed about candidate experience. You are self-aware, professional, detail-oriented, well-spoken on the phone, and eloquent in emails.
- You're friendly, efficient, responsive, and trustworthy, so you'll keep candidates informed and keep their information confidential
- Experience with any ATS and G-Suite
