This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope:- Strategic input, development and execution (QA, send, A/B testing, analyzing results) of planned marketing emails via Oracle Responsys
- Pulling monthly/quarterly email performance reports and sharing with stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation and calendars to reflect our email campaigns
- Setting up programs and creating emails to support both Talent and Client Lifecycle initiatives
- Supporting internal stakeholders by understanding key impactful email requests and executing accordingly
- Extensive marketing experience at a big brand, or marketplace business model
- In-depth experience using Oracle Responsys, preferably as a power user
- Strong analytical skills to spot trends, make recommendations, and implement A/B tests
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and communication skills
- Experience working on email marketing campaigns that drive upsell and retention
- Experience improving business efficiency through automation and processes
- A demonstrated ability to remove roadblocks and work on projects independently
