This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope:- Strategic input, development and execution (QA, send, A/B testing, analyzing, and reporting) of planned marketing emails
- Establishing quarterly benchmarks for email campaigns
- Creating and maintaining internal documentation and calendars to reflect our email campaigns
- Setting up programs and creating emails to support both Talent and Client Lifecycle initiatives
- Supporting internal stakeholders by understanding key impactful email requests and executing accordingly
- Experience with modern ESP
- Strong analytical skills to spot trends, make recommendations, and implement A/B tests
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organization and communication skills
