This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope
- Manage behavioral analytics BI tools that help drive product management decisions
- Enforce event tracking requirements and best practices and audit existing event library
- Maintain organized shared spaces and storage within BI environments
- Generate training materials to onboard business users on to self-serve behavioral analytics tools
- Use SQL and other analytics tools to extract and transform data when needed for ad-hoc analysis
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders
Must Haves (Required Skills)
- Experience in product analytics or behavioral analytics tool
- SQL (advanced)
- At least 2+ years of experience in analytics
- Experienced in visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong organizational abilities and an innate drive for process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively and contribute cross-functionally
- Experienced in Heap, Amplitude, Fullstory and other similar tools are preferred.
