This is a Contract position through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.
Work/Project Scope:- Be the strategic partner to Upwork Enterprise Growth team (PM, engineers and UX team), by developing and supporting data-driven initiatives to help make data-informed decisions
- Define the business metrics related to enterprise product, track its performance, and identify business opportunities;
- Develop frameworks to answer key business questions. Tie data to business needs creatively and proactively to solve complex problems
- Effectively present the findings to different audiences in oral and written languages
- SQL (advanced)
- 2+ years of experience in analytics
- Basic working knowledge of statistics
- Experienced in visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong critical thinking skills and a curiosity to tackle challenging
