Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to co-create and execute the product roadmap for product-led growth, working closely with partners across the organization to align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Product-Led Growth Enablement: Be able to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, and develop internal feedback loops to enable sustainable growth.
- Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills: Continuously measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer performance indicators (CPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives. Use quantitative and qualitative methods to distill insights that inform optimization.
- Customer & User Empathy: Identify and deeply understand customer and user needs and pain points, designing experiments to improve activation and enhance the overall customer and user experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate findings and progress updates to key stakeholders, including executives and leadership teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Culture of Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation through growth sprints and collaborative workshops.

- You have a proven track record of success as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on driving growth for a B2B product.
- You are passionate about creating delightful experiences for both the end-user and internal teams.
- You are a self-starter that thrives in ambiguity and knows how to take calculated risks in uncharted waters.
- You care about outcomes over outputs and have become a master in proactive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.
- You have a growth mindset and prefer environments where you are challenged to grow your craft as well as your leadership skills.
- You have experience creating well-written business cases that balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall mission.
- You are a creative problem solver and have developed a robust playbook of methods to drive collaboration across teams and functions, distilling insights into actionable product assets (i.e. roadmaps, PRDs, sprint plans).
