The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing - Video & Offline Channels will lead the strategy and execution of nascent video and offline marketing channels, including but not limited to, DRTV, Online Video, Radio, CTV. Your objective will be to 1) deeply understand the potential of these channels as core performance drivers, and 2) scale them nationally, transforming them into engines for incremental growth within the Paid Acq portfolio. Reporting to the Director Paid Acquisition, you will collaborate with the Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams and lead our partnership with our media agency.
Your Responsibilities:-
Strategic Development & Execution: Lead the strategy and execution of video and offline channels, ensuring alignment with our ambitious growth goals and efficient use of budgets.

Data-Driven Analysis & Decision Making: Dive deep into channel performance, utilize incrementality testing, and harness the power of the Media Mix Model to steer campaigns and decide on future investments.

Agency Partnership Management: Foster and lead the relationship with our media agency, ensuring smooth collaboration, efficient campaign planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to develop cohesive and effective campaigns, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.

Budget Oversight & Management: Accountable for forecasting, tracking, and optimizing media budgets, you'll ensure that spend pacing aligns with performance goals and growth projections, adjusting as necessary to achieve maximum ROI.

Excellence in Media Strategy: Demonstrable success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially in video and offline channels.

Proactive Approach: With a strong bias toward action, you're known for quickly turning strategies into actionable plans, and confidently driving campaigns forward, even in uncharted territories.

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $124,000 - $204,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
