Work/Project Scope:
- As the Associate Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in building email communications that engage prospects and customers throughout the sales funnel, laying the foundation for demand generation campaigns, and maintaining the integrity of the data in our marketing automation tool, Marketo. Together with the Director of Marketing Operations, and other Marketing Operations Managers, you’ll be part of an innovative marketing operations team that supports marketing automation campaigns and the marketing tech stack at our company. You must be comfortable analyzing and managing large data sets, and working cross-functionally with the category and field marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, sales operations, sales enablement, analytics, creative, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams. We’re a remote-first team, with each of us residing in a different location: California, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, and Texas. This position is remote only.
Must Haves (Required Skills):
- Setting up Marketo programs to support prospecting campaigns including events, content syndication, online advertising, and direct mail
- Co-manage the Enterprise email marketing calendar which includes monitoring the content and assets we promote to Enterprise prospects and customers on a weekly basis
- Creating, QAing, sending, A/B testing, analyzing, and reporting on the email performance tied to the programs you set up
- Building, maintaining, and optimizing new and existing prospect nurtures to enhance personalization to support key sales channels in partnership with your manager
- Working with Sales Ops to troubleshoot any sync issues between Marketo/Salesforce
- Maintaining the data quality of our marketing automation databases
