What you’ll do at UiPath
· The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Global GTM, is responsible for leading all of UiPath GTM hiring activities, driving strategic initiatives that require strong partnerships with Sr. level execs and hiring leaders. You are someone who demonstrates strong leadership and already has extensive experience leading Talent Acquisition Managers. Reporting to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition, this position will be a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team and will provide strategic direction and leadership to an organization of approximately 30+ employees at a global level.
· You will be a dynamic and creative thinker, a non-traditional staffing leader with experience in strategic planning, global talent markets, and a focused approach to building an effective talent acquisition organization that delivers high quality candidates with a world candidate experience.
· The individual will be critical metrics and metrics driven, building a culture of accountability and a solid sense of performance outcomes.
· S/he will establish strong partnerships with business leaders and cross functional HR teams to provide integrated and seamless, high quality staffing services to UiPath.
· Provide strong leadership to the Global GTM recruiting team
· Provide thought leadership in staffing management, workforce, organization and location planning, and strategic talent planning
· Resolve and/or develop relevant staffing systems and recruiting tools, technology and methodologies for building a cutting-edge organization that remains ahead of the competition
· Identify, hire, and develop exceptional recruiting talent and TA leadership
· Ability to identify and attract unique candidate skillsets in a highly competitive marketplace
· Ability to demonstrate social media and recruiting networks
· Create and implement the methodologies and processes to ensure an extraordinary candidate and manager experience
· Establish systems of accountability and performance standards
· Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance and executive management to develop and assess workforce plans, budgets and hiring forecasts in existing and emerging markets in order to deliver the right talent when and where it’s needed.
· Work closely with the VP of Global, Talent Acquisitionon developing, implementing and assessing diversity recruiting programs to increase the candidate funnel for new college graduates, intern and industry hiring efforts
What will you bring:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
· Ten plus (10+) years of experience in recruiting to include senior level executives
· Five plus (5+) years of management experience to include leading remotely and global teams
· Ability to develop sourcing and talent strategies to target niche talent pools preferably in the go to market organization.
· Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels and able to utilize candidate sourcing candidates’ tools and methods.
· Strong computer skills and experience with Google, Outlook, Excel, etc.
· HRIS and applicant tracking systems are desired.
· Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
· Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
· Experience working with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool for senior level roles.
· Handle and lead with high integrity, discretion, and ethical standards.
· Uncommon interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
· Ability to build networks of contacts externally and internally.
· Independent thinker combined with a flexible, hands-on yet mentoring management style.
· Results and critical metrics focused.
· Thrives in a fast paced, rapidly changing, and relatively unstructured environment.
Written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong executive presence and influence.
