Intern - Content and Design, Mera Guide, Udhyam Shiksha

Background:

Udhyam works with students of Delhi government schools to help them take charge of their career paths. Mera Guide is a career-focused learning journey product being designed by Udhyam currently. It is a browser-based web app for students to explore career choices and do activities to develop a deeper awareness of their preferences. 

Udhyam’s team is piloting the content and activities for Mera Guide. The students will interact with the content and do the activities using the app and a Telegram group. Learnings from this pilot will be incorporated into the app.

About the Role:

Your role involves creating engaging conversational flows for the activities. You will:

1. Convert educational content from a worksheet (or a session plan or an outline) to a conversational experience. 

2. Test conversation flows and publish activities on an online platform

3. Curate content from YouTube and integrate into the activities

4. Use frameworks of activity-based and reflection-based learning, to enable students to reflect and think back on their work through automated chats

5. Interact with students to collect feedback and validate insights from data analysis

6. Learn from student responses and feedback and continuously improve activities

You’re a good fit if:

1. You are comfortable with reading and writing Hindi (You’ll be creating conversational flows in Hindi + English)

2. You can understand / have experience of working with a young audience 

3. You have at least 1 year of experience of creating participative learning experience for young students

4. You can do basic image and video editing

5. You’re comfortable with using Excel, and generally at ease with software/ tech platforms

This role will require full time commitment and will be for a duration of 2-3 months. 

This will be a paid internship.
