About QSL:

Quality and Scale Lab as part of Udhyam Shiksha started with an intent to run experiments to understand  how Entrepreneurial Mindsets in youth get built, and then productize the successful experiments - for improving scalability. We do this through: 

1. Research and Development to learn and identify diverse approaches to building Entrepreneurial Mindsets and contextualization needs

2. Multidisciplinary collaboration to create/build knowledge to build Entrepreneurial Mindsets which can then be used by larger ecosystems to build innovative prototypes, products and programs.

3. Entrepreneurship Programs to design and execute Entrepreneurship Mindset programs for a wide range of youth across different geographies, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

Role Summary

One of the programs of the Quality and Scale Lab of Udhyam Shiksha is a 12 days Online Entrepreneurship Program (OEP). During this program, the participants learn how to start and run a small business, online, while building their entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. 

We are looking to scale the program nationally and the roles and responsibilities look as follows:

• Productization of the existing program: Making the program easily reusable and customizable for potential partners across different states and target audiences

• Content building: Creating, improving  and contextualising the content based on the partner organisation’s feedback and requirements

• Product growth and development: Develop go-to-market strategy for the product. Identify partners/systems/tech for the product and lead efforts to integrate the products in the user's ecosystem.

• Partnership and stakeholder management: Find partners to scale the program, collaborate with partners and stakeholders to design/jointly run experiments

• Operations and logistics: Support and oversee the execution OEP on a medium/ large scale by collaborating with teams internally and externally. 

• Training of Teachers: contextualise the training content and facilitate it

• Data: Documenting and publishing results of experiments, providing information required for scaling/productization

You are a good fit if you: 

• Have 2 years of work experience in education/ project management

• Care about learning, education and youngsters meeting their potential

• Can facilitate learning experiences for students and teachers 

• Can multitask and are tech savvy

• Are good with analysing data, finding insights, and iterating based on the learnings

• Can work with multiple stakeholders 

• Can communicate well and in time
