Previous Experience
- Passion for solving problems for customer support teams to help them manage their teams better
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager
- Experience leading scrum ceremonies & cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, & QA
- Experience with creating and maintaining product and engineering roadmaps
- Experience with data visualization, analytics, and predictive algorithms
- Experience in SaaS, Zendesk, or Workforce Management
- No degree needed, soft skills* are the degree you need

Responsibilities
Strategic:
- Lead an empowered team composed of engineering, design, & QA through decisions, processes, and culture in a way that creates value for both our customers and our business
- Synthesize information from customers, Zendesk, & internal teams to envision where your part of the product needs to go next
- Collaborate with engineering to develop a roadmap and strategy for your squads with a mission
- Evaluate if the team is doing the right thing and has a real impact; adjust strategy and priorities accordingly
Execution:
- Understand requirements, collaborate with a product designer to envision a solution, validate your ideas with your squad, and write specifications
- Create product roadmaps for your area of the product and ensure alignment with your squad
- Lead scrum ceremonies and steer day-to-day work on development within your area
- Collaborate with our support team to write user-facing documentation for our help center for your area of the product
- Work with other PMs and stakeholders across the company, on shaping your roadmap and priorities. As your team will be managing several shared components serving our two business areas (Meetings and Embedded), it's important to understand how your work will unblock other teams.
- Communicate strategy, ideas, priorities, plans, effects, and learning to your team and the wider company in an efficient and inspiring way
