TrueCare24 is looking for an experienced growth marketing manager with a proven track record in email marketing, especially with sequences and workflows in HubSpot.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing and demand generation across online and offline channels.
- 1+ year of experience in the healthcare setting.
- Someone who thrives on ambiguous and ever-changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Proficient in using a CRM for deal pipeline management.
- Solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
- Consistent track record of exceeding overall acquisition, engagement and retention goals.
- Experience working with Sales/Service teams and managing lead generation programs.
- Reliable home office setup.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- Understanding of the healthcare market and client needs (payers/providers) as well as product development and delivery processes.
- Knowledge of value-based and alternative payment models.
- Experience in a two/three-sided marketplace.
- SQL or comparable capabilities preferred, but not required.
- Experience scaling companies from startup to mid-stage.
- Experience with high growth DTC, B2B and/or B2B2C marketplace companies.
- Experience in setting strategic roadmaps at a corporate and department level.
- Bachelor Degree or Engineering Degree strongly preferred.
Job Description
You will bring a grounded understanding of the healthcare marketplace, applying your knowledge and experience to inform product, segment and audience messages; create, implement, and measure high-impact integrated marketing campaigns; and develop collateral and tools that help to shape perception, build interest, and drive advocacy & loyalty.
You will serve as the subject matter expert in growth marketing, participating effectively in marketing planning and helping to drive demand for products through effective messaging and marketing programs. You will work collaboratively to understand the needs and value drivers for core segments and audiences, applying best practices and critical thinking to equip internal teams with high-impact enablement materials and drive effective engagement with customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute TrueCare24’s growth strategy across new and existing markets.
- Build, own, and implement a robust performance marketing strategy in B2B, B2C and to scale up our provider network.
- Drive the communication and demand generation strategy to ensure that everyone at TrueCare24, not just those setting the strategy, can leverage the strategic plan to clearly guide their contributions at TrueCare24.
- Plan, design, execute, and measure clear and comprehensive marketing plans, collaborating effectively across the Marketing team to bring the right resources together for plan implementation.
- Provide strategic direction and content support for product-related events, PR and social media, collaborating closely with others on the Marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach and measurement plan.
- Partner with clients to develop and share best practices and generate client success case studies.
- Manage a team of 3 marketers and develop the Performance Marketing, Communication and Lifecycle functions by identifying ideal team construction and profiles to best scale these initiatives as a department.
- Interview current customers and gather insights from potential prospects to create new growth opportunities.
- Implement Objective & Key Results and KPIs to measure success at a function level.
