TrueCare24 is looking for an experienced B2B growth marketing specialist with proven experience in driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenues growth
- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
- Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
- Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and strong excel skills in manipulating and analyzing data using MS Office and G Suite.
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Deep experience and understanding of other major ESP platforms e.g. Marketo, Iterable, etc.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Mixpanel), SEO tools (e.g. Search Console, SEMrush, Google's Keyword Tool, etc)
- Reliable home office setup.
Nice-to-have Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing B2B growth strategies in the healthcare industry.
- 1+ years in marketing automation platforms especially Hubspot and confidence in HTML and CSS.
- Experience in building smart lists, workflows and other processes to aid in Account Based Marketing (ABM) and general marketing efforts.
- Extensive experience in creating, reviewing, managing and optimizing lead workflows and marketing operations management processes including lead scoring, lead routing, and efficient Business Development & Sales handover processes.
- Experience in managing contact databases including data cleanliness, merging like records, researching causes of bad or insufficient data in order to correct processes, enriching and uploading prospect lists, etc.
- Experience and understanding of sms campaigns using Kixie or Sakari.
- A B.S. or B.A. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Previous web development in an agile environment.
- SQL experience is a plus.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility as a Growth Hacker is to deliver effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetisation of current and new product offerings or services. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, technology teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues at TrueCare24.
Key Responsibilities
- By ensuring no lead is left behind in partnership with the Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams, you will help the Growth team to achieve our demand generation goals.
- Define and drive strategy to increase engagement across all pre-sales demand generation efforts including top-of-funnel landing page and full lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Plan, develop and execute on an A/B testing roadmap (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc). to continuously improve demand generation.
- Develop and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reporting.
- Market research and competitive analysis.
