We want to empower every hiring manager and recruiter to hire faster and hire diverse people.
This role is critical to scaling Triplebyte Hire by sharpening our positioning and messaging, enabling sales & demand generation, and improving customer engagement. As our product marketing expert on Hire, you will take leadership and ownership in this area of go-to-market.
Role Responsibilities PMM:- Develop sales enablement program and materials to help revenue team close more customers and to increase velocity of lead generation
- Conduct market and customer research to define our position in the market and surface customer stories
- Define ideal customer and optimize content and communications for them
- Run messaging experiments jointly with demand generation to generate inbound leads and sharpen messaging over time
- Create and test messaging through landing pages and ad experiments
- Develop content for customer marketing including case studies, product guides, thought pieces and other content to enable demand generation
- Deepen customer engagement through lifecycle marketing, newsletters, webinars, roundtables, best practice sharing, etc.
