We're starting to scale a new product called Triplebyte Screen. It's a technical pre-screening tool that uses our assessments to find skilled engineers among job applicants - it helps recruiters find talented engineers that they'd miss just based on resumes, and save time by avoiding wasted interviews.
Screen has gained traction with over 400 startups and we're now expanding to Mid-Market companies. We're getting great feedback from these early customers and looking to bring someone to our team to execute the end-to-end sales and account management cycle. We’re also looking to this person to develop a scalable go-to-market process, and thereafter build a team under them. They will also contribute heavily to the product development process, ensuring a closed feedback loop from customers.
Screen is among the company's top priorities, and we have ambitious goals so we're looking to invest heavily in this product.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to target customers for Triplebyte Screen
- Conduct demos to both outbound and inbound prospects
- Close new accounts and grow our customer user base
- Cross-sell Triplebyte Screen product to existing Triplebyte customers
- Navigate complex talent and engineering organizations to drive product adoption and expand usage
- Continually get feedback from customers to inform the product development roadmap
- Work cross functionally with Sales, AMs, Product, etc. Be able to understand the market and communicate that to partners.
- 3+ years B2B sales or relationship management experience, preferably with solution-oriented sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, advising and closing customers
- Confident conducting your own product demos and being able to answer questions to help drive the conversation forward
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles over multiple months
- Must be entrepreneurial / “scrappy” and work in an experimental fashion; be comfortable in a first of function role building process while executing
- Proven track record of taking ownership of initiatives end-to-end; ability to learn new skills as needed.
- A positive, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude and a desire to build a world-class company; willingness to work closely with other functions within Triplebyte to achieve our mission.
