The Manager,Talent Acquisition- Go To Market- EMEA will be responsible for driving full life cycle recruiting of Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Operations, Marketing and more in the European market. You will be responsible for building a team, reporting, offers, on-boarding and working closely with leadership on strategic planning of future headcount. This will be a remote position working from home.
What You'll Be Doing
- Highly experienced Recruiting Manager who has built and led recruiting teams.
- Seasoned in-house recruiter ideally with a mix of agency and product experience
- Highly organized and pays attention to the details

- You have worked in hyper growth companies and market disrupting products
- Building and shaping and maintaining Transmit's Talent brand in the European market
- Ensure onboarding experience is seamless and the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up to date on the recruiting industry’s best practices and latest trends
- Ensure the data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and other partners on process improvements, events, employer branding and various other initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing a team of recruiters, sourcer's and recruiting coordinators
- 5-8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at high-tech company
- Experience hiring top level Go To Market Talent
- Demonstrated success with direct sourcing and doing what it takes to find the right candidate
- Experience working in a hyper growth company, previous startup experience is a plus and large company SaaS
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Sales Recruitment from Commercial to Mid-Market to Enterprise Sales Reps
- Independently driven, with a positive attitude and a sense of pride and ownership in your work
- Detail-oriented, whether you’re negotiating comp, keeping up on your candidate responses, or updating the ATS
- A demonstrated passion for learning, from best practices to market intel to new creative sourcing strategies
- Working with Greenhouse- An advantage
- Ability to articulate the Transmit story to candidates
- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
