Test various sources for candidates
Post job offers on our social media and maintain external job boards

Experience and skills you need to join us:
Confidence to communicate (written and spoken) with potential new candidates in both English and Polish
Basic knowledge about the IT industry - know that Python is not only a snake but a programming language and Clouds exist not only in the sky
Knowledge of how and where to find the best Tech Talents, especially in how to use boolean and other direct search methods
Have an idea what to do when you reach the end of Linkedin, candidates are everywhere but hiding
Willingness to hear and give constructive feedback - open and honest communication is a part of our culture
Ability and openness to adapt quickly to many changes - we believe that trying new things helps us and our organization become better
